The Accu-Tac PC-4 is a black billet aluminum bipod designed and manufactured in the USA. Its quick detach rail mount attaches to a 1913 Picatinny rail in seconds without extra tools. Each leg can be pulled down and moved independently into 90 or 45 degree positions, and the bipod can pan and cant, with each adjustment locked separately using the adjustment lever.
The PC-4 suits tactical, target, competition and airgun shooting, though it is not limited to those uses.
