The ATI X2 pistol grip replaces the stock grip on most AR-15 and AR-10 style rifles. Its material absorbs the initial shock of recoil, which the manufacturer says improves shooter comfort and reduces muzzle lift. The grip dimensions are set to place the trigger at a comfortable distance for most hands, and it installs with the original mounting hardware.
The X2 is designed for a mil-spec locking ring. It will not fit locking rings that have additional sling loops or QD mounts. The grip also fits the Ruger 10/22 Charger pistol with an AR-15 style grip.
