The ATI Outdoors Shotforce Gen 2 is a replacement stock and pistol grip assembly for 12 gauge Mossberg, Winchester and Remington shotguns. It comes in Flat Dark Earth and has a molded pistol grip with a black rubber buttpad. The photos show a collapsible-style buttstock with a locking adjustment lever on the underside.
