Description
The AGM Taipan V2 15-256 is a compact handheld thermal monocular for hunters, landowners and anyone who needs to spot heat signatures in complete darkness, adverse weather or rough terrain. Its 15mm F1.0 objective gives a wide field of view for scanning large areas and tracking movement.
A 256×192 12-micron sensor feeds a 1280×960 LCOS display. A 90 degree tilt sensor powers the display off when the unit is not in use to save battery. The removable rechargeable 18650 battery can also be run from USB-C external power, and Wi-Fi through the AGM Connect App lets you work with stored images. The unit has 16GB of onboard storage, four color palettes and an IP67 waterproof rating.
