The AD-1700-XLR is a quick detach riser from American Defense Mfg. that raises an extended Picatinny rail 0.60 inch above the mounting surface. Its forward cantilever pushes the optic out over the handguard, which helps when helmet mounted night vision devices are in use. The mount is designed for EOTECH HWS sights with XPS and EXPS models and their magnifier combos.
