The Arisaka 300 Series Light Body is a streamlined replacement body for SureFire Scout M300 weapon lights. It is built without the mounting interface for the stock Picatinny clamp, which adds clearance for front sights when used with the Arisaka Inline Scout Mount on handguards with 45 degree mounting surfaces beside the top rail.
It keeps the mounting holes and square lug interface on the underside, so it also fits aftermarket Scout mounts. It is compatible with M300 series tailcaps and heads such as the KM1E, KE1A and KX1A, and IR heads are fully supported. A complete light can be built by adding a tailcap and a light head.
