The Battle Arms Development Enhanced Magazine Release replaces the standard mil-spec magazine release on AR-15 lower receivers. It is CNC machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum with an anodized olive drab green finish.
The solid V-shaped button face has a concave groove that centers the index finger under pressure. Horizontal parallel serrations resist slipping when pressed vertically while reducing drag during finger retraction. A skeletonized back offsets the weight of the solid face, and the part is slightly taller so its weight matches the standard mil-spec release.
