Description
The Cadex CDX-MC Kraken is a bolt-action precision rifle built around a multi-caliber system with a patented barrel change design. Cadex uses a traditional barrel-to-action threading system and a special tool that unscrews and torques the barrel from the breech side. A single screw secures the detachable chassis base, so short and long action calibers can be swapped quickly. Cadex says the system keeps point of impact shift between barrel removal and reinstallation to a minimum, which matters for long-range work.
