Description
The Cadex CDX-MC Kraken is a bolt-action precision rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor. Its patented multi-caliber barrel change system uses a traditional barrel-to-action threading system with a special tool that unscrews and torques the barrel from the breech side. A single screw secures the chassis detachable base, allowing quick conversion between short and long action calibers. The maker says point of impact shifts very little between takedown and reassembly of the same barrel, which matters at extreme range.
