Description
The Howa HFN300SE is a Fence Line Series bolt-action rifle built on the Howa 1500 barreled action, made in Japan. It is chambered in 300 Win Mag and holds 3+1 rounds. The hammer-forged barrel is threaded and fitted with a muzzle brake, and the aluminum receiver is drilled and tapped. The rifle is guaranteed to shoot 1 inch or better at 100 yards.
The HACT two-stage trigger and three-position safety give a controlled feel. The bolt has a 90-degree throw with dual locking lugs and a spring-loaded M16-style extractor for smooth, reliable cycling. The fixed synthetic stock wears a Scorched Earth camo finish, and the metal has a Burnt Bronze Cerakote coating.
