Description
The Ruger 10/22 Takedown separates into two sections for easy transport and storage. Lock the bolt back, confirm the rifle is unloaded, push the recessed lever, twist the subassemblies and pull them apart. The included barrel assembly locks back to the receiver for carrying.
The Magpul X-22 Backpacker stock adds an ergonomic handguard, optional QD sling mounting, a grip storage compartment and a hinged stock compartment that holds up to three spare 10-round magazines. A BX trigger, crossbolt manual safety and a match bolt release round out the controls. The stainless threaded barrel is precision rifled, and the rifle comes with a combination scope base adapter for Weaver-style and .22 tip-off mounts and four 10-round BX-1 magazines.
