Description
The Ruger 10/22 Takedown is a semi-auto .22 LR rifle built to separate quickly into barrel and action sections, so it packs easily for transport and storage. Takedown is straightforward: lock the bolt back, confirm the rifle is unloaded, press the recessed lever, then twist the sections apart and pull them free.
The Magpul Hunter X-22 Backpacker stock adds an ergonomic handguard, a hinged storage compartment in the stock that holds up to three spare 10-round magazines, and an integrated grip storage compartment. The rifle has a Ruger BX trigger, a push-button crossbolt manual safety and a match bolt release for a quick bolt advance.
