Description
The SIG516 G3 is a semi-auto AR-style rifle in 5.56 NATO built around a short-stroke piston with an adjustable gas system, so you can tune it for your ammo and setup. The cold hammer forged barrel is threaded and capped with a SIG flash hider compensator, and the free-floating M-LOK handguard gives room for accessories.
Steel reinforcement in the cam path and feed ramp handles high-wear areas. The rear and side non-reciprocating charging handle and the ambidextrous controls, including the bolt catch, magazine catch, safety and charging handle, make it easy to run from either side. The SIG Matchlite DUO curved trigger and Magpul DT stock round out the package.
