Description
The Yankee Hill Machine Sidewinder M2 is a steel 9mm suppressor built for semi-automatic pistols. It is user serviceable: the baffle and Nielsen device come out for cleaning with the included disassembly tool. The booster system uses the industry’s unofficial standard piston, and the rear cap lets you swap pistons without tools.
The Nielsen device is designed for reliable semi-automatic operation on relevant host pistols. The Sidewinder M2 has 12 index points, so you can adjust point of impact while the device stays attached to the host firearm.
In testing to Mil-Std 1474D, the average dry sound signature is 125 dB on a Glock G17 with 147gr FMJ ammo. Shooting it wet gives quieter results.
